Dr. Laura has changed my life! The acupuncture treatments have gotten my body back in balance and relieved all the pain I had in my hands and back. She has relieved my edema and the tingling in my big toes.

I have, also, had 7 acupuncture face lift treatments, and my friends do a double take when they see me. I look at least 10 years younger. There are no more wrinkles in my forehead; my eyebrows are higher and my eyes are now wide open; my lips are fuller and firmer; the deep lines from the bottom of my nose down to my mouth (aka marionette lines) are nearly gone. She is now going to work on my chin and neck area next.

Along with all this, she has me avoiding dairy, peanuts, bread, etc. Now the bags under my eyes have disappeared, the congestion is gone, and I have not had to take an allergy pill in 3 months that I have been in her care.

I developed Bell’s palsy on April 10, 2014. I was told that an acupuncturist would be able to help me. I went to an acupuncturist four times and saw no improvement at all. Then it was recommended that I go to Dr. Laura’s Acupuncture and Holistic practice for help. I would like to thank Dr. L. Bertoncini for changing my life. I would not have thought I would ever get acupuncture of any kind done. Did not really know much about it and really could not see how this could work sticking you with needles? But you do not have to believe it will work for it to work that is the good thing Ha. Well I was having trouble sleeping after a few sessions I now sleep like a baby and if I wake up during the night I go right back to sleep with no problem before if woke up it would take three to four hours to maybe go back to sleep. Dr. Bertoncini worked on my whole body with the acupuncture to balance the body and it sure works great. Also I have wrinkles on my forehead I did get fillers in Dec.2009. So Dr. Bertoncini said that she could help with this so she did acupuncture on my face .I had deep wrinkles after six sessions they are so very faint hardly noticeable. Because of the toxin fillers still in my forehead at first the area the needle was put in would swell up and form a bump but would go down by the next day it hurt a little just in that area. I just wanted to write and give a testimonial for my 11 year old daughter who has been receiving acupuncture since she was 8 months old. This is a note to anyone in pain When I showed up the first time to see the Dr. for acupuncture, I had know idea what to expect. I could not walk and was using an electric scooter to move around. After about one month, I was useing a walker with wheels. Now after nine months, I am walking on my own and praise Dr. Bertoncini for all her hard work on me. With prayer and the Lords help also.

Although as a young man-I was very vigorous and very interested in sex. As I got older I saw my ability and libido decline.
When I reached my mid fifties I began to take Viagra and other popular stimulants.
Viagra worked for a short time but I had to take more and more of it. Finally I saw a urologist who told me I was taking a dangerously high dosage.
He recommended injections which also worked for a short time.
Finally, as reached my sixties (my marriage failing) childless and alone. I chanced on Dr. Laura.
I was struck by her compassion and her friendly attitude. Since my treatments began my stamina has increased remarkable!

I wanted to tell you just how much you have helped me. I never dreamed I would have gone to a acupuncturist. The only other option I had was surgery, I did not want to go that route. I will admit I was a little apprehensive when I first walked in, but you may me feel safe. You were very thorough with your screening and very honest when you answered my questions. My first treatment was so great, I felt better then when I first walked in. The treatments after were better and better, I felt such an improvement in my body, no pain, I had energy, my body was in balance. I started working out again. You gave me my life back. I feel safe just knowing you are there if I need you again. I promise I will not wait to come back in and see you if I feel my energy and well being starting to slip. You are the best, and I am so happy my apprehensive about acupunture did not win out.

It been a little over a month since my last treatment and I am happy to say things are good. While I still “go” more frequently than norm the extreme urgency part of my over active bladder (OAB) problem seems to be resolved. I am going to contact the local pin and grin guy (Dr. Ahn MD, AP) and see if the entire problem can be resolved with additional treatments. You have made a acupuncture true believer out of me. Thank you

I have continued to lose weight and am now down to 210. We are continuing with the diet but Omnifast is not sold in our area so we have had to modify the diet to accommodate this little problem.

Just had a blood series done and my Cholesterol is 119mg/dl (normal is 120-200). A1C was 6.3 which is down significantly from last October when it was 10. Thanks . I intend to keep at until I regain a svelte 145 pounds or until I have regained my boyish figure Winking smile.

My name is John O’Brien. I am a sceptic. I’ve never bought into the holistic stuff, I don’t own a dream catcher and I don’t care if my vegetables were fertilized with chicken poop or miracle grow. That being said, I am now a huge fan of acupuncture. I have suffered with back pain for years. Recently I was in so much pain that I could barely get in my truck. A family member stopped by my office and introduced me to Laura Bertoncini. She immediately noticed that I was in pain and offered to help. I thanked her and politely declined. She said “what do you have to lose?” and being somewhat rational and very much in pain, I took her up on her offer. At the end of the first treatment, my pain was reduced by 90%. I was amazed. How could a few painless pin sticks help me so much? She followed up with two more treatments. I have been totally pain free for six months now. I don’t know if it works like this for everyone but I am so thankful for her help. I have advised her to give my phone number to any other sceptic who needs to hear it from someone who has personal experience. Don’t suffer when you can be helped. What have you got to lose?

I have been going to Dr B. for about 8 months now and have had amazing results. I decided to try acupuncture because I had been dealing with anxiety for a few years now and no longer wanted to take medication for it. It has worked wonders in controlling my anxiety. I am now doing acupuncture to help me sleep better which has also been working just as well. I would recommend Dr B. to anyone the results have been great and I am thankful for her help!

Due to a disc problem in my neck, I suffer from chronic neck pain and headaches. I have utilized acupuncturists previously and gotten some relief, but never to the degree I have gotten with Dr. Bertoncini. Dr. Bertoncini, who combines Reiki with her treatments, gave me immediate relief from my first visit and sustained relief (at about an 85% improvement level,) over the three months I was a patient. Dr. Bertoncini treats the whole person, she takes the time to explain what she is doing and why and has a great “bedside manner.” I highly recommend Dr. Bertoncini to anyone serious about seeking pain relief.

I have frequently recommended Laura’s Acupuncture & Holistic Practice to my chronic pain patients. In fact, I keep her cards available at the front desk for easy referral.

However, beyond a general recommendation, I can speak to my personal experience. After straining my back while caring for a patient suffering from frequent falls I sought “Dr. B” for treatment. I found the office environment to be soothing, and the staff courteous and professional. After the first treatment I felt some temporary immediate relief. Following the second treatment I noticed a definite decrease in my overall pain level. Since my third treatment I am nearly pain free.

Finding a non-medicinal approach to the treatment of chronic pain (that works!) is an essential part of caring for patient’s suffering from chronic pain. It helps to prevent the overuse of medication and promotes the overall health and well being of the patient

Thank you very much for the pictures. I haven’t had a chance to respond because I ended up stopping by my mother’s house to see her new car yesterday afternoon. Then, when I spoke to you, I had just walked in.

What a difference your facial accupuncture has made! Mark noticed it last night, how funny, right?

I think these pictures really show the difference even more than the other ones. It’s amazing how these small changes can make such a huge difference. I really do appreciate you very much, I just want you to know that!!
You have helped me to gain more confidence in my appearance. I still want to continue losing the weight, and
being off of sugar is helping. I still have very little in coffee and like one cookie now and then.

My checks come in on the 22nd of every month. I want to buy some of that chocolate. It might be something
I can buy about every 3 or 4 months because I will get fat on it, ha-ha.
